What makes plants different
Plants are mostly concrete with many levels, slopes and openings: tank floors, channel inverts, weirs, wall penetrations. A 3D model makes conflicts between structure and process piping visible before they turn into field changes.
What we model
- Piles and pile caps from the pile location plan
- Tanks, channels, walls, slabs and slopes with real elevations
- Openings and sleeves for process piping, as provided by your designers
- Sheets and quantities for concrete and formwork
Questions
Do you model process piping and equipment?
We model the civil and structural shell and place openings for piping. Process and MEP modeling is not part of our standard scope today.
Can you work in metric for international plants?
Yes. We work in metric or in feet and inches, matching your project.
